These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 24Market — the website 24market.in, related subdomains, and the 24Market mobile application (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing, purchasing, or selling on the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

24Market is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors across India. We provide the technology to list products, place orders, and manage accounts. Unless stated otherwise on a product page, sales are between you and the vendor; 24Market facilitates the transaction on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use the Platform. By using 24Market, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users or the Platform.

4. Shopping and orders

• Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided by vendors. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every listing is error-free.
• When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items subject to these Terms and any checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
• Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and returns (if offered) depend on the vendor and product. Check the product and order details before completing checkout.
• Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders, including applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout.

5. Vendors

If you sell on 24Market, you additionally agree that:

• You will provide accurate product information, lawful listings, and honor orders you accept.
• You have the right to sell the products you list and to use any images and content you upload.
• You will comply with applicable laws (including consumer protection, tax, and product-safety rules).
• We may review, remove, or restrict listings that violate policy or law, without prior notice where required for safety or legal reasons.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, misleading, or harmful activity;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorization;
• Upload malware, spam, or infringing or offensive content;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or scrape data at scale without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The 24Market name, logo, and Platform design are owned by us or our licensors. Vendors retain rights in their own product content; you grant us a license to display and distribute that content on the Platform for marketplace purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24Market and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for Platform fees in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or INR 5,000 if no such fees were paid), except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24Market from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings or purchases, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your state.
